Man O War Chapter Harley Owners Group Check In Challenge Rules

Contest Period: The Man O War Chapter Harley Owners Group (HOG) Check In Challenge will commence on February 3, 2024, and conclude on November 16, 2024. The winner will be announced at the December 7, 2024, chapter meeting.

How to Participate:

Attend Man O War Chapter HOG events, activities, and visit Man O War Harley Davidson Dealership Events during the contest period.
Participants may check in once per event or visit by scanning the QR code using a QR code scanner app on their smartphone.
Each participant will receive 1 point for each successfully scanned QR code, including activities, events and visits to the dealership events.

Rules and Eligibility:

The contest is open to all active Man O War Chapter HOG members.
- Must have completed Chapter Membership Enrollment and Release Form for 2024
Participants must ensure that their National HOG membership is active and in good standing throughout the contest period.
Multiple entries are not allowed for the same event; participants may only check in once per event.
Each participant is eligible to accumulate points for each attended event and dealership event during the contest period.

Prize: The winner will be determined based on the total number of points accumulated throughout the contest period. The participant with the highest point total will receive a $250 Gift Card to Man O War Harley Davidson. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. In event of tie, winner will be chosen by random drawing.

Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced at the December 7, 2024, Man O War Chapter HOG meeting. If the winner is not present, an alternate winner will be selected.

Publicity: By participating in the contest, participants agree to the use of their names and photographs for promotional purposes related to the Man O War Chapter HOG.
