Vendor Information:

- Setting up with someone else (besides a spouse) requires each party to pay their own fee.
Rules & Guidelines:
1. Each vendor must pay their own $20 setup fee unless setting up as a married couple.
2. Selling in the parking lot is strictly prohibited—you must set up in the designated area.
3. Tents must be secured with heavy weights.
4. Vehicles can unload in the designated area but must be moved to the back parking lot. A spotter must assist while maneuvering vehicles.
5. No offensive or explicit material allowed for sale.
6. Please do not arrive before 8:30 AM—there will be plenty of space!
7. Spots are first-come, first-served, but will be assigned by staff—do not claim your own space.
8. Make checks payable to "Peacemakers of Richmond KY." 100% of proceeds go to Secret Families of Madison County charity.

Man O’ War Harley-Davidson is teaming up with Camp Hero Kentucky, a non-profit dedicated to healing wounded veterans, first responders, and growing future heroes.
The Ride:
Registration begins at 10 AM and Kickstands up at 11 AM as we embark on a scenic journey from Man O’ War Harley-Davidson to the breathtaking Camp Hero in McKee, KY. No bike? No problem! Cars, trucks, and all vehicles are welcome!
The Experience:
Upon arrival, enjoy a hearty City BBQ lunch, explore the beautiful Appalachian surroundings, and take part in a silent auction. Then, gear up for the adrenaline-pumping shooting competition, where the top three marksmen will take home awards!

Honoring Our Heroes: Kentucky Traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall
Join Man O’ War Harley-Davidson and Rolling Thunder KY5 for a heartfelt event as they host the Traveling KY Vietnam Memorial Wall. This special day is dedicated to honoring and remembering the brave Kentucky men and women who served and made the ultimate sacrifice during the Vietnam War.
This Wall will only include the names of the Kentuckians who were killed in action, held as Prisoners of War, and those still Missing in Action on the soil of South Vietnam, North Vietnam seaways and Theater of Operation. This includes over 1105 Kentuckians who are true Heroes that gave their lives in the Vietnam War for their country and this proud state.
The Kentucky Traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall stands as a powerful tribute to the courage, commitment, and sacrifice of our veterans. Visitors will have the opportunity to pay their respects, reflect on history, and show gratitude to those who served.
This event is open to the public and free to attend. We invite veterans, families, and community members to come together for this important day of remembrance and unity.

22nd Annual Concerns of Police Survivors Ride
Join Man O’ War Harley Davidson for a Police escorted motorcycle ride beginning at Man O' War Harley-Davidson and ending with lunch following a countryside ride! Lunch provided by Gall's, Inc. $20/bike $10/passenger. Proceeds benefit Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S) - KY chapter. A family member or co-worker of a law enforcement officer who died in the line of duty is considered a survivor. Line-of-duty deaths include felonious, accidental, medical/illness, and suicide.
Riding 22 in 22 Veteran Suicide Awareness Ride
This ride is about bringing awareness to veteran suicide rates. The average number of veterans who commit suicide each day is 22 and it's just rising. Beginning May 23rd, S.T.R.I.V.E will travel/ride to 22 states in 22 days to bring awareness to this. They will have routes from state to state with stops in each state.
Kentucky's stop will be at Man O' War Harley-Davidson on June 12th, 2025!
Everyone is encouraged to ride as much of the ride as you can. If you can make the whole 22 days with us, COME ON! If you can only come for a short distance, that would be great too! It's all about raising funds to bring awareness to veteran suicide. ALL proceeds will go to S.T.R.I.V.E. of The Ohio State University.

Start fall riding in beautiful Kentucky! Join Man O'War Harley-Davidson for the Bikes, Bourbon and Bluegrass Rally in Lexington, KY the heart of the Bluegrass Region. Famous for thoroughbreds and harness racing at two tracks (Keeneland and Red Mile), bourbon, basketball, Bluegrass music, and most of all Southern hospitality. Join them for amazing rides during the day and they’re also partnering with Thunder on the Hill 2024 featuring Molly Hatchet, Jacky, and Branden Martin at the awesome Landing Strip Campground in Morehead, Kentucky for all your evening entertainment! This rally offers a memorable adventure as we visit key Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Air Force installations, paying tribute to the brave men and women who served our nation. Along the way, we’ll explore significant Civil and Revolutionary War sites, uncovering the stories that shaped our history.
Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser for Voo Doo
Join Man O’ War Harley-Davidson for a pancake breakfast fundraiser as we rally together to support VooDoo and his family during this difficult time.
VooDoo, a brother from Sin City Deciples MC, was the victim of a hit-and-run accident while riding his motorcycle home. He suffered severe injuries, including a shattered leg, broken ribs, and internal bleeding. With at least five surgeries ahead, the road to recovery will be long, and his family needs our help with mounting medical and household expenses.
For just $5 per person, you can enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast while making a real difference. Every dollar raised will go directly to VooDoo and his family to support their financial needs.

St. Patty's Day Parade Ride
We're celebrating St. Patty's Day by riding in the 43rd Alltech Lexington St. Patrick's Parade!
We're going to be loud and proud as we roar downtown - let's represent the motorcycle community with as many motorcycles as possible! It was a blast last year, and we cannot wait to carry on the tradition this year.
The parade starts at 1pm. Be sure to wear green - a prize will be given to the rider/motorcycle that's the most decked out for St. Patrick's Day!

1. Is registration or RSVP needed? Nope, just show up and ride with us!
2. Is there a fee? Nope the ride is free to all riders!

This heartwarming event is dedicated to bringing comfort and joy to the furry residents at the Lexington Humane Society and invites animal lovers of all kinds to contribute essential supplies.
We are seeking pet food, engaging toys, and cozy blankets to help ensure that every animal in our care receives the love and attention they deserve while waiting for their forever homes.
Please drop off all donations at Man O' War Harley-Davidson between February 1st and February 28th. Your generous contributions will be delivered to the Humane Society on March 3rd.

Grayson's Ride and silent Auction
Join Man O’ War Harley Davidson for a heartwarming and thrilling ride to support a local boy in need! Grayson, a brave young boy diagnosed with severe cerebral palsy, epilepsy, visual impairment, and other medical complications, is in desperate need of a wheelchair-accessible, climate-controlled van to help with his daily medical needs. Grayson’s condition, including his dysautonomia, makes maintaining a stable body temperature a constant challenge. The family’s current car no longer fits him comfortably as he grows, and his mom, who is his primary caregiver, struggles to balance her time between caring for Grayson and managing his many medical appointments.
Grayson’s “Dream Ride” is a specially converted van that would allow for better mobility and safety during transportation to his doctor’s appointments and therapy sessions. We need your help to make that dream a reality!

14th Annual Chili Cookoff
Join Man O’ War Harely-Davidson for a good time at their famous annual chili cook-off to benefit Kentucky Veterans! $10 per chili entry, or just stop by and taste all the chili with a $5 donation!
Rules:
1. You must provide at least one crock pot of chili and stay with your chili to serve it. If your chili is hot/spicy please advice participants and don't serve it to children without parental approval.
2. The dealership will provide taste bowls and spoons. You may arrive at Man O' War Harley-Davidson as early as 11:00am and be ready to serve by 11:45am. If you need electrical power make sure to bring an extension chord suited for your chili pot(s).
3. Your station will be given a number and people will write down the number of their favorite chili and put it in the box at registration.
4. Votes will be taillied and a first, second, and third place winners will be announced. Happy Chili!
Anyone can participate as a judge by making a $5 donation. A participant may purchase up to three judging tickets.
